SUMMARY:Community Free Fair
DESCRIPTION:The SJ Community Coalition is delighted to announce the first annual Community Free Fair! This event will take place in Queen Square on Saturday\, August 16\, 2025 from 12-4pm. Rain date will be on Saturday\, August 23. Building on the success of the previous Free Store events\, the Community Free Fair is a special event for everyone\, where everything is free! In addition to offering free clothes\, food\, and household goods\, the Community Free Fair\, will also include free services from our local partner organizations\, such as item repair\, hair cuts\, health services\, taxes\, workshops\, and more! The goal of the Free Fair is to provide a space where everyone is welcome\, and can come and take what they need\, with no strings attached. There is no sign-up or registration required. We will have food\, live music\, art\, games\, and other community organizations present to showcase the services that are available across our community. For anyone who has non-perishable foods and other personal consumables\, we have 2 drop-off locations at The Saint John City Market near the Charlotte St. entrance\, and Haven Music Hall at 201 Union Street.
