Solidarity, Not Charity
The Community Free Store serves as a model for operating a more ethical society. It is based on the principles of Mutual Aid: where people cooperate to serve fellow community members. Mutual aid creates networks of care and generosity to meet the immediate needs of our neighbors.
The Community Free Store has no strings attached: everyone is welcome, there are no limitations on items people can take, and there are no requirements to participate! We will not ask you for personal information. We welcome anyone who wants to contribute to future events.
